Chicken korma is a delicious Indian dish that can be prepared mild or spicy, and appeals to most people, even those who aren’t always comfortable with foods from other cuisines.
Ingredients
Chicken breast
Cashews
Garlic diced
Serrano peppers c
Yellow onion
Plain Greek yogurt
Olive oil
Chicken stock
Heavy cream
Tomato paste
Spices

Combine cashew nuts, spices, tomato paste, and water to food processor, and pulse to form a paste

Add in Greek yogurt, and stir to combine. Then stir in cubed chicken pieces (uncooked). Marinate 1-24 hours.
Cook peppers and onions in olive oil until soft. Add chicken and chicken stock and cook for 15 minutes

Stir in heavy cream, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Serve over basmati rice.
