Our chunky artichoke salsa is a break from tradition. It's a delicious and fun surprise for yourself, your family, or guests. It has all the punch and pizzazz of regular salsa, and you can enjoy it in much the same way as you do any other salsa.

Ingredients
16.5 ounce jar of marinated artichokes
¼cupblack olives
2tablespoonsred onionchopped
2-3tomatoeschopped
1clovegarlicminced
2tablespoonsfresh basilsnipped
saltto taste
black pepperto taste
Instructions
Por the marinade from the jar of artichokes into a medium bowl, then chop the remaining artichokes.
1 6.5 ounce jar of marinated artichokes
Combine all ingredients to the bowl with the marinade, and mix gently.
¼ cup black olives, 2 tablespoons red onion, 2-3 tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, 2 tablespoons fresh basil
Add salt and pepper to taste.

For best taste, refrigerate before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or as a topping on baked chicken or fish.
