  • ¼ cup raspberry simple syrup see notes
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  • Place ice cream, raspberry simple syrup, milk, and ice in a blender. Blend until combined and smooth.
3 scoops vanilla ice cream, ¼ cup raspberry simple syrup, 1 cup ice, 1 cup whole milk
  • Divide drink across two cups, and top with whipped cream.
    3 tablespoons whipped cream

Notes

You can buy raspberry-flavored simple syrup at some liquor stores, some grocery stores, or online at Amazon. However, it's also really easy to make at home. Simply heat up ¾ cup white sugar, ¾ cup water, and 6 ounces of fresh raspberries and cook for about 10 minutes or until the raspberries break down. Then strain into a glass or plastic container and be sure to store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
