Super Healthy Pear, Banana, and Spinach Smoothie

A delicious, healthy green smoothie with lots of greens. Pears, bananas, and spinach create an amazing flavor profile packed with nutrition.

Ingredients

– Raw baby spinach – Raw kale – Pear – Banana (frozen) – Unsweetened almond milk – Honey

Peel the pear and cut it into bite-sized pieces

Remove tough center stem from kale leaves and any longer stems from spinach

Add kale, spinach, and almond milk to blender, and blend until the leaves are as small as possible

Add banana, pear, and honey, and blend again until pear pieces are thoroughly blended
