A delicious, healthy green smoothie with lots of leafy greens. Pears, bananas, and spinach create an amazing flavor profile packed with nutrition.



  • 1 cup raw baby spinach
  • 1 cup raw kale
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana (underripe and frozen, if possible)
  • 1 cup Almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Peel the pear and cut it into bite-sized pieces
  • Remove tough center stem from kale leaves and any longer stems from spinach
  • Add kale, spinach, and almond milk to blender, and blend until the leaves are as small as possible
  • Add banana, pear, and honey
  • Blend again until pear pieces are thoroughly blended
