A delicious, healthy green smoothie with lots of leafy greens. Pears, bananas, and spinach create an amazing flavor profile packed with nutrition.
- 1 cup raw baby spinach
- 1 cup raw kale
- 1 pear
- 1 banana (underripe and frozen, if possible)
- 1 cup Almond milk unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon honey
Peel the pear and cut it into bite-sized pieces
Remove tough center stem from kale leaves and any longer stems from spinach
Add kale, spinach, and almond milk to blender, and blend until the leaves are as small as possible
Add banana, pear, and honey
Blend again until pear pieces are thoroughly blended
