This flatbread pizza combines all the wing flavors you love, but in a hand-held format that's much less messy! It's just as delicious for a meal, a snack, or tailgating.
- 1 cup chicken cooked and diced
- ⅓ cup Buffalo wing sauce divided
- 2 slices naan bread
- 1½ cups shredded Colby jack cheese
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
Preheat your oven to 375 °F
Toss diced chicken in ¼ cup Buffalo wing sauce to coat.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat mat
Place both pieces of flatbread on the baking sheet, and top with shredded cheese.
Divide the chicken coated in buffalo sauce and place on top of the cheese.
Bake flatbreads in oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven, then drizzle with remaining hot sauce and ranch dressing.
Slice and serve!
If you haven't already cooked the chicken, be sure to include extra time to do so.
You can substitute blue cheese dressing in place of the ranch dressing, if you prefer.
