White Chicken Enchiladas

The most creamy, gooey, messy deliciousness in the form of white chicken enchiladas that you will ever taste. This easy to make recipe is one your whole family will love!


Flour tortillas Cooked chicken Monterrey Jack cheese Butter Flour Chicken Broth Sour Cream Diced chilis


Combine chopped chicken and 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, and roll into the 8 soft taco shells. Arrange in baking dish


In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add chicken broth. Simmer 10 minutes

Remove from heat, stir in green chilis and sour cream, then pour over enchiladas. Top with cheese.



Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes, then broil for an additional 3 minutes to brown the cheese
