Maple Mustard Chicken Recipe

Here’s one of my go-to weekday meals, called Maple Mustard Chicken. It’s easy and delicious and takes only five ingredients: mustard, syrup, rice vinegar, rosemary, and chicken. (The rosemary is not pictured below.)

Ingredients

Chicken thighs Rice vinegar Maple syrup Dijon mustard Fresh rosemary

Combine mustard, syrup, and vinegar in a small bowl

Pour sauce over chicken thighs in a small baking dish

Cook for 40 minutes in a 450º F oven

Top with chopped rosemary and serve!
